Rate includes:  

  • Weekly rental of apartment in GBP including all relevant taxes and fees.
  • Towels and linen. Note: beach towels are NOT included.
  • Cleaning prior to use and on your departure.
  • All water and electricity costs.

Normal rental period is from Saturday to Saturday but during off-peak times (October to May) you may be able to book for other starting and ending days - contact us for availability. 

Legal note: The property is rented under the article 4.3 of the Law of Urban Leasing for use other than usual housing. It is not a touristic rental and no touristic services are offered or included. 

Payment Notes:

  • 25% deposit is taken on booking.
  • 75% balance is payable 8 weeks before your arrival date.
  • A refundable deposit of £500 is payable 8 weeks before your arrival date to cover any damages/excessive cleaning. This will be repaid in full (usually within one week of departure) if the apartment is left as you found it!

If using the special offer available for some bookings then a £200 non-refundable deposit taken on booking, 25% deposit (less security deposit) due 4 months before arrival date, 75% balance (plus damage deposit) due 8 weeks prior to arrival date.

Use of an Agent:

For your peace of mind and convenience we use a local agent to manage our property. This means that:

  • It will be easy to obtain the keys of the apartment (their office is only a couple of minutes' drive away);
  • In the unlikely event of any problems whilst staying at the apartment, you have a number available to you that will be answered at any time of day and night!
  • The agents know the area very well (and speak fluent Spanish) so they should be able to help if you have any issues.
